Engineering
3E has mechanical and electrical engineers on staff who can supervise your job from concept to design to finished product, whether it's a single project or a complete system.
Burning
A four station burn table uses a photo electric eye to follow engineered drawings making the cuts to specifications. Capacities are four inches thick for mild steel and 3/8" thick for stainless steel with single head burning on stainless steel.
Machining
3E houses a full-line machine shop with equipment capable of turning, boring and milling steel. For a complete list of equipment click here.
Welding & Finishing
3E's one shop provides a wide variety of welding expertise including:
- mig wire welding for mild steel and stainless steel construction
- sub arc welding for high penetration on thicker metals
- aluminum wire production welding and tig welding for fine aluminum welds.
Complete Systems
These Swift Flow drag chain conveyor sections are ready for shipment to an oil processing plant. 3E's Swift Flow conveyors can be found in oil processing plants throughout the world.
Working together with customers, 3E's engineering staff can help design and oversee the fabrication of systems in-house, assuring quality products are shipped to the end users.
Equipment such as this glass recycling system can be assembled in-house, match marked and disassembled for shipment, making reassembly in the field trouble-free.
The model A Sager Spreader is manufactured and distributed by Electrical Engineering and Equipment Co. This commercial laundry machine is designed to spread your flat work items before they are fed into the ironer. The operator feeds the leading edge into the spreader; it then passes onto the conveyor and into the delivery box. The following edge or last part over the spreader will be straightened out; as this reaches the conveyor it is taken by the ironer feed operators and placed on the ironer feed ribbons. The machine is easy to operate and is very low maintenance. Down time is minimal and all parts for the Sager A are in stock and can be shipped the same day as your order.
